Procurement with the third sector

If so, contact the Merseyside Single Procurement Vision (MSPV). MSPV is a 16-month old project managed by three partner organisations: Plus Group, the South Sefton Development Trust and The Riverside Group, with support from the European Social Fund.

Our aim is that key public sector agencies and communities on Merseyside benefit from the additional social and environmental advantages that can be provided by contracting with Social Enterprises.

MSPV's goal is to widen the appreciation among public sector organisations of the capacity of Social Enterprises to deliver the professional servces you need.
